In honor of October being National Pizza Month I’ve complied a list of my favorite pizza crust recipes! These recipes cover most dietary preferences…gluten free, dairy free, vegan, paleo, low-carb…AND they’re all incredibly delicious. We are lucky to live a world where we can go out and easily find the most wonderful pizza, but there is something cozy and satisfying about pulling a piping hot homemade pizza out of your own oven. Neapolitan pizza is hands down my favorite style of pizza. Food & Wine offers a great crust recipe that keeps it traditional and simple.
Gluten Free on a Shoestring provides a great crust recipe that is as close as you can get to our much loved wheat flour original. It freezes well and can kept in the fridge for a couple of days for a snappy weeknight supper.
Olena from iFOODreal has a cauliflower pizza crust recipe that is incredibly easy. I love cauliflower crust because is it healthy, low-carb and since it doesn’t contain yeast you don’t need to spend the time proofing the “dough.”
